Alex Kozan Bio

Alex Kozan joined Access Holdings in 2023 and is a Vice President on the Investment Team. As a member of the Investment Team, Alex supports the firm’s thesis development, origination, execution, and portfolio management activities. Alex has spent 5 years in various investing and related financial services roles. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Alex was an Associate at The Riverside Company where he focused on diligence, financing and execution of new investments and providing support to its portfolio companies and management partners. Prior to that, Alex spent several years in investment banking at Solomon Partners and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, respectively. Alex holds an MBA, MSF, and BSBA from Auburn University.
