Neil Patel Bio

Neil Patel is an Operating Principal at Accel-KKR. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Neil was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in serving large-scale aerospace, automotive, and public-sector defense entities across growth strategy, merger integration, organizational design, innovation strategy, and pricing. Prior to business school, Neil worked in national security, serving the intelligence community as a Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin in Washington, DC. Neil received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
