Ann McCloskey Bio

Ann McCloskey is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR. She is a member of Accel-KKR’s DE&I council supporting the firm’s initiatives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Ann served as Managing Director – Executive Development and Organizational Effectiveness for Vista Consulting Group/Vista Equity Partners. She has partnered with over 60 leadership teams to improve organizational health and transform talent practices for software companies ranging in size from $30MM to over $1B in revenue. Additionally, she has provided individual coaching to over 50 C-level executives in support of the effective growth and transformation of their organizations. In addition to her work at Vista Consulting Group, Ann has over 25 years of executive level consulting in strategy, executive team alignment, change management, talent development and culture building. Her expertise spans industries including software and technology, entertainment, banking, financial services, and non-profit. Ann earned her MS in Organizational Development from Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University and her BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
