George is the Chairman of the Abris Investment Committee. In 2006, he co-founded Abris with Neil Milne. Prior to establishing Abris, George was a Partner in Advent International’s Central & Eastern Europe team, where he worked for 12 years. Before joining Advent, George was Country Manager of PepsiCo’s Polish food operations and a Director of E Wedel SA, the leading Polish branded confectionary producer, then a PepsiCo subsidiary. Prior to PepsiCo, George was a management consultant at Bain & Co in Boston, USA. In his personal life, George is involved with two not-for-profit organisations; one works with children with severe disabilities, the other sponsors high-potential student access to leading academic institutions. George is a graduate of the London School of Economics & Political Science and holds an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. He is a UK Chartered Accountant.
