Elzbieta Lebiedzinska Bio

She brought with her 15 years of experience as a CFO and Finance Director in the retail and media sectors. She is experienced in the preparation and implementation of strategies and long-term plans and forecasts, as well as financial supervision, controlling, company restructuring, preparation of business plans and financial reporting in Polish GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS. Before joining Abris, Elzbieta gained in-depth finance and accounting knowledge working at KPMG Audit, as Financial Director at HDS (Lagardere Travel Retail), Bertelsmann Media, Smyk Sp. z o.o. and as a CFO of Clear Channel Poland. In her personal life, Elzbieta is passionate about music, likes reading and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Elzbieta holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Bristol. She is fluent in English and communicative in Russian.
