Dorota Szczepanska Bio

Dorota joined Abris in 2020 as a Deputy CFO responsible for financial, regulatory and compliance reporting, investment valuations, and ongoing development of business and reporting processes. She brings 15 years of international experience in Private Equity & Real Estate corporate finance. Before joining Abris, Dorota successfully built and led the finance team supporting Blackstone Real Estate Asia portfolio companies. Her role included overseeing financial reporting, finance operations, and leading business process transformation. Earlier, she held various finance positions at Intertrust Luxembourg where she managed, developed, and monitored the corporate finance teams, servicing a portfolio of international clients. She contributed to local and global projects and delivered strategic initiatives. Dorota graduated with Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Poznań University of Economics in Poland and International Business studies (BWL) from the University of Mannheim, Germany. In her personal life, Dorota loves to travel and spend her time actively, embracing new experiences.
