Thomas Peretti Bio

Thomas is a Partner in the Abenex Small-Cap team. He contributed to the acquisition of stakes in Aerow, Inlog, Ekoscan, Naturellement Gourmand and IPSSI. Thomas is from the region of Valence. He started working in Paris as a statutory auditor at Conseils Associés and then at EY. He then spent over ten years at Trescal, successively owned by Astorg, 3i, TCR and most recently at Ardian, firstly as Assistant Financial Director of the group and then Director of External Growth. During this time, Thomas took part in over 30 acquisition and integration projects in the testing, inspection and certification sector, particularly in the United States, where he held the position of Financial Director for almost three years. Thomas has significant experience in group operations and finance under private equity ownership, and M&A knowledge for both French and international small-cap businesses.
