Laura Subias Bio

Prior to joining Abac in 2025, Laura was an Associate Director in the European Buyout team at The Carlyle Group, where she spent seven years. Before that, she worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company across Madrid, Zurich, and New York, and began her career as a systems engineer in the aerospace sector with Airbus Group in the UK. Laura holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona), an MSc in Space Engineering from Cranfield University (UK), and an MBA from INSEAD (France), where she was a “la Caixa” Foundation scholar.
