Grace Chang Bio

Grace is an Associate Director in the UK Private Equity team. Prior to joining 3i in 2021, Grace was an investor at Apax Partners, focused on consumer retail, digital media and technology. Prior to Apax, Grace worked at Lazard in the M&A team, after having started her career in transaction services at KPMG. Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
