Peter Wen Bio

Mr. Wen is a Principal of 3 Boomerang Capital, LP. Prior to joining 3BC, Mr. Wen was a Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, LP, an alternative investment manager with $60 billion in AUM, where he focused on healthcare private equity investing, and was instrumental in building the healthcare private equity vertical and transitioning the group towards a thematic and growth-oriented lower middle market investing approach. While at Cerberus, Mr. Wen sourced, executed, and served as Director on several platform investments including Alzheimer’s Research & Treatment Centers, National Dentex Laboratories, Covis Pharma, and PaxVax. Before Cerberus, Mr. Wen was an analyst in the Financial Sponsor Group at JPMorgan Securities. Mr. Wen graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester.
