Grace is a Managing Director in Human Capital Management at 26North. Prior to joining 26North in 2022, Grace was a Vice President of Talent Management Advisory at Blue Owl Capital. She worked on the Business Services Platform, a post-investment value creation team. Previously, Grace served as a Vice President of Human Capital at Annaly Capital Management where she developed and led talent, compensation, technology and analytics initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining Annaly, Grace held compensation and analytics roles at AllianceBernstein and Morgan Stanley. Grace currently serves on the Board for Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Grace received a BS from Baruch College in Mathematics – Actuarial Science and an MS from New York University in Organizational Behavior.
