Morven Groves Bio

Morven has spent over 15 years investing and advising in travel and hospitality businesses, with 10 years focused on franchising. She is passionate about growing brands in the right markets and with the right partners. Morven works closely with the management teams of 10 Point Capital’s portfolio companies to help them set strategy and execute on growth goals. Morven has recently taken up triathlons in a vain attempt to keep running faster than her son, swim faster than her daughter, and keep up with both on a bike. Prior to joining 10 Point Capital, Morven was a franchisee herself for Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa, and was a Vice President on Franchise Development and Finance teams for InterContinental Hotels Group, where she had responsibility for the Americas Region’s market strategy.
