GF Private Equity is an investment vehicle for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe formed to make investments in and acquire direct ownership interests in companies operating in a variety of industry sectors. The Firm will consider early-stage venture capital transaction, as well as leveraged buyouts, special situations and investments in private equity funds. Areas of interest include software/technology, life sciences/medical devices, telecommunications/media, natural resources, defense, and financial services. The Group was formed in 2003 and is based in Durango, Colorado.
