Montuotojas AB is an industrial construction company. Montuotojas AB dates back to 1959, when following the reorganization of the Russian and Latvian special assembly branches the Ministry of Construction of Lithuania established an assembly board “Prammontaz” which later became the Technological Equipment and Metal Structures’ Installation Trust with five specialized branches in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys. After the Soviet Union collapsed, the state-owned company was privatized and registered as Montuotojas AB.
