Bio

Michael Dell is a partner with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and intellectual property transactions. He has considerable experience advising business clients on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, equity incentive arrangements, securities offerings, and business formation transactions for public and private clients. He serves as counsel to companies in a number of sectors regarding general contractual, corporate governance and securities disclosure matters. He also counsels, drafts and negotiates transactions and agreements involving a broad array of technologies. He joined the Firm’s Corporate Department in 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
