Nick joined Zeus in 2004. Over the past 18 years, he has built extensive knowledge and experience of the UK Equity Markets and is an expert in advising companies looking to IPO and has been directly involved in raising over £5 billion of equity for growth companies. Nick is a trusted adviser to a number of PLC Boards and has advised on over 50 successful flotations and led many high-profile public takeovers and M&A transactions.
