Bio

Mr. Gaia, a Managing Director since joining Wunderlich in 1997, assumed leadership of the Equity Capital Markets division in 2014 after several years as head of Syndicate. He has more than 25 years of securities industry experience. Prior to joining Wunderlich, he was a Senior Vice President in the retail brokerage division at Morgan Keegan. Gaia is a member of the Bond Club of New York and the Syndicate Association of America. He is also a member of the SIFMA Equity Capital Markets Roundtable and formerly served as chair of the SIFMA Southern/South Central District board. Gaia received his BBA degree in Finance from the University of Memphis.
