Bio

Mr. Schimmelpfennig has more than 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Wunderlich Securities in 2014, he built his career at Roth Capital Partners, where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking team. Mr. Schimmelpfennig was a shareholder of the firm, helped build the firm’s Consumer and Business Services Practice and was also a member of the firm’s Commitment Committee. Throughout his career, Mr. Schimmelpfennig has assisted middle-market companies complete equity and debt financings as well as M&A and advisory transactions across a variety of consumer and business services industry verticals. He holds a Business Administration degree from Coe College.
