Mr. Wunderlich founded Wunderlich Securities, Inc. in 1996 in Memphis and has since guided the firm’s growth into a full-service investment firm. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s operations and serves as a member of the Wunderlich Investment Company Board of Directors. Active in several financial services industry organizations, Mr.Wunderlich is a founding participant in the SIFMA Advisory Council and a member of the SIFMA Regional Firms Committee. He is also a founding board member of the American Securities Association and previously served as Chairman of the FINRA District 5 Committee. Mr. Wunderlich received a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Memphis. Prior to forming Wunderlich Securities, he worked with two private equity investment banks, Brookfield-Wunderlich and Progressive Capital. He was inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs in 2014 and elected as a board member in 2016. Named the University of Memphis Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009, Mr. Wunderlich is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves on the boards of ArtsMemphis, Memphis Botanic Garden Foundation and Children’s Museum of Memphis.
