Bio

Andy is the firm's Managing Director and leads the more complex transaction, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, development capital and disposals. As well as over 20 years' corporate finance experience, Andy has also acted as Finance Director for a venture capital backed Publishing House. His experience covers many market sectors but in particular he has led numerous transactions in the food, automotive technology and publishing markets. In his spare time Andy enjoys golfing, walking, theatre and eating out.
