Bio

Jeffrey was the founder of the M&A practice which eventually became WTA Partners. He has become a leading practitioner and one with a significant reputation for effectiveness in the mid-market technology space. Jeffrey has worked successfully completing transactions and advisory work in a dozen countries for numerous private and public client companies. These clients have operated in many market sub-sectors across the TMT spectrum: currently he is particularly active within infrastructure (cloud and managed services, security or reselling) where he leads WTA’s activities, data intelligence as well as software for the public sector Most recent completed transactions include the sale of Oosha to Access Group, the acquisitions of City Business Solutions by CTS and Force Information Systems by Harris Computer Systems. Before establishing this business, Jeffrey worked almost exclusively in the Information Technology (IT) sector for thirty years of which the majority was spent with leading IT service companies providing systems solutions in most major markets around the world. Jeffrey has held several senior management positions during his career both in the UK and USA including those of CEO, Managing Director and President.
