Sang Joon Lee is a Director at Whitehall focused on M&A advisory and project finance in the power and infrastructure sectors and capital markets mandates. Prior to joining Whitehall, Sang Lee worked at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) in the transport private equity team. Prior to MIRA, Sang Lee worked at Karbone Inc., covering the northeast US power and capacity markets and was responsible for executing and structuring transactions for long term and short term capacity and power hedges.
