Leveraging decades of consulting experience, Dhaval specializes in helping software, technology, and IT services companies capitalize on emerging trends and drive growth. Over the course of his career, Dhaval has partnered with clients to create and grow new products, solutions and services, maximize value through M&A transactions, drive cross-functional initiatives to increase customer value and retention, enable profitable growth through digital transformation, and migrate from traditional to subscription-based business models. Dhaval is a builder. He energizes and aligns teams around growth opportunities. He mentors junior consultants to develop the next generation of West Monroe leaders. Prior to joining West Monroe, Dhaval was a managing director with the Waterstone Group that was acquired by West Monroe. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mumbai University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
