As a leader in West Monroe’s Software M&A team, Chris specializes in pre-close technology and operational transaction advisory, as well as post-close integration and separation leadership. A trusted advisor to many private equity firms and management teams, Chris has led more than 300 M&A transactions over the last decade. Chris specializes in helping SaaS and tech-enabled services companies navigate complex M&A situations including growth initiatives, add-on investments, multi-company mergers, and carveouts. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations optimize their product management, product development, and back office operational functions and systems. Chris was awarded M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders award in 2018. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
