Mr. Rosenbaum has assisted the owners of closely held companies in the sale and valuation of their companies since 1988, and he has led the effort to successfully complete in excess of 160 transactions. Mr. Rosenbaum has worked in most industries over the course of his career. More recently, he has completed transactions in the following industries: business and IT consulting, business services, energy, aviation products distribution, food manufacturing, personal services (fitness chain), engineering and architecture services, communications, specialty chemicals, software, electronics manufacturing, and retail chains (C-store, hardware and grocery). Prior to joining Waterview, Mr. Rosenbaum was the CFO of Corporate Relocations, Inc. He joined CRI after buying, managing, and then selling a specialty manufacturing and direct marketing business in North Carolina. Prior to buying the company in North Carolina, Mr. Rosenbaum was a Managing Director for Citigroup Capital Strategies, the middle market M&A division of Citigroup and Smith Barney. Mr. Rosenbaum was with Citigroup, and the boutique mergers and acquisitions firm that it acquired, for a total of 14 years.
