Kari focuses on M&A and capital raising advice at the intersection of healthcare and technology, including digital health (telehealth / remote monitoring), tech-enabled providers, care coordination, benefits administration, and related software solutions. Prior to joining Waller Helms Advisors, Kari was an associate with FocalPoint Partners, directly involved in developing the firm’s healthcare practice and private equity network. She also worked on a variety of deal products, including sell-side M&A, debt refinancings, and minority capital raises. Before FocalPoint Partners, Kari worked in the telehealth-focused practice at B.C. Ziegler on sell-side M&A and early-stage capital raises. Kari earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at The American University with a minor in biochemistry. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with minors in finance and healthcare.
