Bio

Christine has over 25 years of investment banking experience, raising capital and providing strategic M&A advisory solutions to technology, information services, media, and communications companies and their boards. She advised executives, boards, and investors on strategic mergers and acquisitions valued in aggregate over $26 billion. Additionally, she raised $8+ billion in public and private equity offerings and $10+ billion in fixed income offerings and helped underwrite over $1 billion in acquisition senior debt financing to support private equity backed LBOs. Christine graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Communications and subsequently received her MBA from Columbia Business School. Christine is based in New York.
