Ms. Vrolyk has over thirty years of investment banking advisory and consulting experience specializing in the consumer sector and is the founder of Vrolyk Capital Partners (“VCP”) which supplies a range of investment banking services to growing companies. Ms. Vrolyk specializes in mergers and acquisitions and in private financing of both debt and equity. Her background covers a wide range of industries with the largest focus in the consumer and business services sectors. Prior to VCP Ms. Vrolyk spent two years as a Managing Director of Vaint Capital and prior to that served for over twenty years as founder and Managing Director of Vrolyk & Company, a boutique investment bank based in San Francisco. Prior to founding Vrolyk & Company she spent five years as a generalist in the merger department of Alex. Brown & Sons in San Francisco. Previous to ABS she was with the merger department of Goldman Sachs in New York and also worked for Kidder Peabody in New York and Scudder, Stevens & Clark in Los Angeles. Ms. Vrolyk earned her MBA from Columbia University and her BA in Bacteriology from UCLA. Ms. Vrolyk is a member the Board of Directors of the Zen Hospice Project and also serves in selected part-time operating roles for several clients. Ms. Vrolyk holds Series 7, 79 and 63 registrations through her affiliation with Growth Capital Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC..
