Mark Spetter has been involved in a significant number (100+) of M&A transactions and company valuations. Examples of projects are Sale of VKG to ASR Nederland NV, Sale of Kuiper Transport to Remondis, Sale of Allshoes to Bunzl plc, Sale of Piet Kerkhof to Blokker Holding, Acquisition of FTK and Fruit Logistics Bleiswijk for Roveg Fruit, MBO from Alcoa. Between 2004 and 2014 Mark Spetter has been working as a corporate finance specialist at BDO Corporate Finance. He played an important role in BDO’s Retail Advisory Team. Furthermore, he gave guest lectures about M&A business (including at the University of Groningen). He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
