Gana as he’s fondly called at Veda, joined the team in 2010 and comes with close to 2 decades of expertise in corporate finance & investment banking, having extensively worked on Private Equity and M&A deals with deal value totaling to over US$ 1.5 Bn across sectors including Pharma, Healthcare, Telecom, Real Estate & Hospitality. He started his career with Aircel Corporate Strategy team (focusing on Telecom and F&B space) and later moved to Ernst & Young – Lead Advisory practice as part of the Real Estate & Hospitality team. Post joining Veda, his focus sectors include Healthcare, Pharma, Media & Entertainment & Business services & logistics and brings in superior deal management / execution skills both in M&A and Private equity space. Gana has been successful in stitching multiple marquee deals that include a control PE transaction in Anjan Drugs, PE fund raise for Rainbow Hospitals, Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, DCDC Kidney Care, Global Sports Commerce Pte Ltd and M&A advisory for Global Hospital, Matrix Business Services. Gana is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
