Mr. Singal is the Founder and President of Valtus Capital Group and has over 25 years of investment banking experience. He is an expert in merger and acquisition advisory, capital raising and debt restructuring. Mr. Singal began his career in New York City and Los Angeles, spending 10 years at Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns working in the real estate, lodging and gaming group and private equity group. Valtus Capital Group is an established investment banking firm with a 10-year track record. The firm is known for providing hospitality and real estate investment banking services. Mr. Singal is a recognized leader in merger and acquisition advisory, private debt and equity capital raising and debt restructuring. His business relationships include CEO’s, Presidents and CFO’s of established companies, top debt and equity providers as well as a number of securities law firms. Mr. Singal went to business school at the University of Southern California before beginning his career in investment banking. Mr. Singal is married with two children and is a contributor to the Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation and Three Square charities.
