John DeCree is Global Head of Institutional Research at Union Gaming, the leading boutique investment bank and advisory firm focused exclusively on the global gaming industry. DeCree joined Union Gaming in 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s institutional research efforts, to include single-stock company, industry, and global thematic macro research. A frequent contributor on CNBC and Bloomberg, Mr. DeCree is also ranked amongst the highest of his peers annually by several industry surveys, most recently by Thomson Reuters as the “Top Stock Picker in the Casino & Hotel sector”. Mr. DeCree has spent his entire 15-year Wall Street career dedicated to the casino and gaming industry in various capacities. Prior to Union Gaming, he served as an equity analyst at Telsey Advisory Group, and a leveraged finance analyst at GMS Group. DeCree received his B.S. of Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
