Bill Calsbeck has over 25 years of capital markets experience. He began his career in banking and trust services and after several years moved into human resources, providing consulting services through his firm BGC Consultants Limited to numerous high profile Canadian firms. Bill has combined his financial background with his human resource skills to bring a unique blend of investment opportunities to the capital markets. His firm has been involved as a principal, and has provided services that extended from executive recruiting and board member selection, to financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities. As a co-founding partner of Ubequity, Bill has brought diverse experience having been involved in a wide variety of industries such as oil and gas, high tech, biotech, and communications. During his career, he has spearheaded the raising of hundreds of millions of dollars for client firms.
