Tom Quimby is a Founding and Managing Partner at Tree Line Capital Partners and is a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Directors. Tom is responsible for leading the day to day strategy of the firm. He allocates his time across deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management and investor relations. Tom has been focused on direct lending strategies since 2002 having invested several billion across first lien, second lien, mezzanine and equity products. He credits GE Capital for giving him a solid foundation in credit and finance having completed GE’s Financial Management Program. Tom has combined his credit experience with entrepreneurship having worked at three direct lending start ups following GE. He co-founded Tree Line to deliver investors access to a network of lower middle-market relationships that he and his partners have cultivated over almost 20 years. Tom remains an active member of the Investment Committee at Tree Line continuing to meet with borrowers, sponsors and lenders on a regular basis.
