Mr. Devki Nandan has over 14 years of experience in managing multinational teams worldwide in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Asset Management. Before relocating to India, he has worked in London for large Private Equity and Investment Banking firms where he was a Principal and member of investment committees in 4 funds. He has raised US$ 320 million from global resources for corporate and private equity funds. He has also originated and completed end-to-end transaction of US$ 1.05 billion for Leveraged Buy Outs (LBO), Private Equity & M&A deals. He has valued 150+ global companies and made 17 investments ranging from US$ 11 Million to US$ 110 Million in oil & gas, power, shipping, ports, and infrastructure firms. Further, he has exited 6 investments with 2.5x to 5x returns with 30-46% IRR. He has earned Masters in Finance degree from London Business School and MBA from Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad. He is also a ‘Certified Hedge Fund Professional (CHP) – USA’ and IMC charter holder from CFA Society of the UK, and CFA Level III Candidate, CFA Institute, USA.
