Bio

Logan is a Vice President at Raine and joined the firm in 2016. Logan focuses on the firm’s principal investments and advisory assignments across the entertainment, digital media, and technology sectors. Based in Los Angeles, Logan has advised clients on a number of strategic and growth transactions, including Refinery29’s sale to VICE Media, CJ ENM’s investment into Skydance, and the formation of film & TV studio Picturestart. He has also helped lead Raine’s investments into VideoAmp and ANTENNA in addition to supporting portfolio companies Beachbody and Margaritaville. Prior to joining Raine, Logan worked at Morgan Stanley, focusing on M&A and strategic advisory assignments for companies in the media and entertainment industry. Logan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business, and a supplementary major in Film Studies from the College of Arts and Letters.
