Steve Royko is a Managing Director at Peakstone Group, where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Steve specializes in advising privately-held companies with $5M to $500M in annual revenues in their efforts to exit through a sale, raise capital, or purchase other businesses. He has experience in manufacturing, industrials, consumer, services, transportation, e-Commerce, advertising specialty, software and other sectors. He is also experienced in facilitating the sale of distressed businesses or businesses in bankruptcy, receivership, or other court-directed processes requiring an exit. Throughout his career, Steve has helped more than 50 companies in a variety of industries and stages exit or secure debt or equity funding. Steve has an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business where he was named Outstanding Student of the Year in the Weinert Applied Ventures in Entrepreneurship program.
