Eric Zampol is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Eric has over 17 years of banking experience having specialized in providing advisory and financing services to clients in the infrastructure space with a focus on marine ports, airports, water & wastewater systems and rail assets. Through over six years with Goldman Sachs, seven years with BMO Capital Markets, two years with a boutique investment bank, and now with the Peakstone Group, he has advised on over $10 billion of successful M&A, Project Finance and Public-Private Partnership transactions. Additionally, he has participated as book-running senior manager and lead placement or syndication agent on over $20 billion of debt underwritings, debt syndications and derivatives transactions. His experience includes both domestic and international assignments. Eric graduated with Honors from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics.
