Robbie Pryde has led TD Securities (TDS) Corporate and Investment Banking since his appointment in 2016, and oversees the dealer's Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Lending & Syndication, Origination, and Credit Management areas, and has shared oversight for the Equity and Debt Capital Markets as well as Global Transaction Banking. Previously, Robbie was the Vice Chair and Head of Global Equities at TD Securities. Robbie's industry knowledge, markets acumen, and client-centric approach are valued by clients and colleagues and have meaningfully shaped the global business landscape. He is also an avid developer of the industry's future leaders, retaining an active role in the firm's recruiting and mentoring initiatives. Robbie serves on the boards of the National Ballet of Canada and the Sterling Hall School Foundation and is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for SickKids Foundation. As a committed fundraiser, he supports several community initiatives, including TDS Underwriting Hope, United Way Corporate Fundraising Campaign, and Food Allergy Canada. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
