Bio

Fadi E. Hallak is an active private equity investor and investment banker with a successful track record in the origination and the placement of numerous PE transactions. He is a skilled executive with over 15 years in M&A, private equity and venture capital experience. Mr. Hallak began his career at Chemical Securities (later Chase) in Structured Finance where he performed over $55 billion in financings (including GM’s $24.5B re-financing). He continued his career with Chase Manhattan Bank in London, where he was responsible for marketing in the Arabian Gulf and the Levant. Most recently, Mr. Hallak was a founder of 1 OAK Financial Group, a London-based hedge fund. Mr. Hallak has a B.A. in Business Administration from American University in Washington, DC.
