John Dorazio currently serves as Vice President at Sword Rowe. Prior to joining the firm in March 2015, John was Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group where he worked on various M&A and capital markets transactions, most recently the Shake Shack IPO in January 2015. His prior experience also includes Cannondale Associates, a consumer goods sales and marketing analytics consulting firm, and Greenwich Life Settlements, a life insurance investment securities firm. John has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College. John has a personal love of outdoor activities such as golf, fly fishing, and hiking. He can also hold his breath for over two minutes underwater.
