Bio

Bryan joined Stone Key from J.P. Morgan, where he was a Vice President in the Diversified Industries Group focused on advising Multi-Industrial Conglomerates and select Aerospace & Defense clients. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Bryan was part of Macquarie Capital’s Industrials practice. Previously, Bryan was an associate at Brevet Capital, a special situation focused institutional investment manager. Bryan began his career at Bear Stearns, where he was an investment banking Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group. Over the course of his career, Bryan has led the successful execution of M&A transactions both domestically and cross-border, including acquisitions, divestitures, exclusive sales, mergers, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and activists/takeover defense advisory assignments. Bryan received a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Boston College.
