Bio

Mr. Prasad joined Stephens in 2017 and is a Managing Director in the M&A practice. He has led mergers and acquisitions transactions including sell-sides, buy-sides, fairness opinions, capital raises and other strategic advisory work for both public and private companies as well as private equity firms. He has extensive experience advising companies in numerous sectors including Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, Restaurants, Retail and Consumer Healthcare. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Prasad worked in the M&A practice at Jefferies LLC and in the Consumer practices at Lehman Brothers and Sagent Advisors. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services practice. Mr. Prasad received his BS in finance from Lehigh University and his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University where he earned the distinction of a Fried Fellow. Mr. Prasad also earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
