Eric is an experienced business leader and financial executive with a combination of entrepreneurial/family business background, professional training and extensive M&A experience. Since 2001, he has been helping entrepreneurs achieve their M&A and corporate finance objectives resulting in the completion of numerous transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Eric is also a co-founder and Treasurer of Spark Power responsible for the financial oversight, corporate development, capital relationships and asset management of the company. He holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
