Peter Diamond is a Vice President in the Consumer Retail group. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2019. Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Diamond worked in JP Morgan’s consumer and retail group for nearly three years. His experience includes providing advisory services to public and private consumer and retail clients on sell- and buy-side M&A, equity and debt financings, activism defense and strategic alternatives. Mr. Diamond began his career as a mechanical engineer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Diamond holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.
