Ms. Adler has more than 15 years of experience advising global clients in the consumer and retail industries. Her broad-based expertise spans strategic advisory assignments as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for beauty, personal care, household care and health & wellness clients. Ms. Adler has advised global clients on some of the largest and most significant consumer and retail M&A and capital markets transactions throughout her career. Select transactions on which Ms. Adler has advised include: the sale of Dr. Organic to Damier, Natura’s acquisition of Avon (the largest beauty deal in the last three years and the largest-ever direct-selling merger), Coty’s Reverse-Morris-Trust merger with P&G Specialty Beauty Business (the largest-ever beauty merger and consumer RMT merger), Atrium Innovations’ sale to Nestle (the largest-ever pure-play branded vitamins & supplements business sale), Sun Products’ sale to Henkel (the largest-ever household care business sale), Coty’s IPO (the largest-ever beauty IPO), KKR’s acquisition of Nature’s Bounty, Younique’s majority stake sale to Coty, Unilever’s acquisitions of Seventh Generation and Alberto-Culver, e.l.f. Beauty’s IPO, WW International’s “re-IPO”, MSG Nutritional’s sale to American Securities, Reckitt-Benckiser’s acquisition of Schiff Nutrition, KIK Custom Products’ sale to Centerbridge, Colgate’s acquisition of Laser, Prestige Brands’ defense against Genomma Labs, Chattem’s sale to Sanofi-Aventis, and Jarden’s acquisition of Jostens, among others. Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Ms. Adler was a Managing Director in the Global Consumer & Retail Group at Morgan Stanley. She began her career at Citigroup as an Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group.Ms. Adler holds a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
