Mr. Balciunas has more than 16 years of investment banking experience, primarily focused in the education, media, real estate, and lodging sectors. Prior to joining Signal Hill, he was a Director at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Real Estate Investment Banking group based in New York. Previously, he was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking group in New York. He began his career in investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Balciunas earned both his B.S. (cum laude) and M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
