Miki Dan's background includes cross border advisory, investment banking, research and analysis. He has an in-depth knowledge of the global aerospace & defence, oil & gas, automotive, manufacturing and industrial services sectors, and has advised on over 100 acquisitions and divestitures across a variety of sectors. Miki is an experienced Transatlantic and European mid market dealmaker with particular expertise in cross border transactions for both public and private clients in the US, UK and Europe. Prior to joining Sheridan Capital, Miki was a Director at Duff & Phelps in London and spent five years as a Vice President at RSM McGladrey Capital Markets, a California based investment bank. Miki was responsible for developing trans-Atlantic business and originating and executing deals on both sides of the Atlantic. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager within the Industrial Products Group at Ernst & Young LLP and worked for five years as an automotive consultant with Standard & Poor's DRI in London. Miki obtained a 'Titre du Ingénieur-Maître' and his 'Maîtrise' from the International Business School, Université de Blaise Pascal, France. He graduated with honours in European Business from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Miki is a member of the Securities Institute, the Chartered Institute of Journalists, the Institute of Export (MIEx) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). He is also fluent in French, Italian and basic Spanish.
