Bio

Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1991 prior to specialising in Corporate Finance. He left KPMG to join Yorkshire Fund Managers as an Investment Manager following a period of secondment before joining McInnes Corporate Finance as a Director in 1996. Steve joined fellow partners Tim Edwards and Dave Irwin at Begbies Traynor Group following the sale of McInnes in 2005 before leaving to pursue interim and non-executive roles at Northern Bear plc and Morris and Son, among other business interests. A founding member of Sentio Partners, Steve currently acts as a consultant to the firm.
