Bio

Andy is a founding partner of Sentio Partners, having been part of the legacy team at McInnes Corporate Finance and BTG Corporate Finance since 2000. Prior to that Andy was a member of the corporate finance team at PwC having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1997. He has extensive experience across all forms of corporate finance activity, from company sales and corporate acquisitions to growth capital, private equity and debt advisory. Andy has worked across most industries in his career but has more recently advised clients in the TMT (technology, media and telecoms), textiles, food production and business services sectors.
